2. General Information
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our website, online shop and online tools, to process orders or to communicate with you, or where you have given your consent. The legal bases are in particular:
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent),
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual measures),

Access to information on your device takes place under Section 25(2) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) where it is strictly necessary for the service you have requested, and otherwise only with your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG.
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
3. Hosting and Online Shop (Payhip)
Our website lovecoloringplanet.com and our online shop are operated via the Payhip platform. The provider is Payhip Limited, 1st Floor, 2 Woodberry Grove, London, N12 0DR, United Kingdom.
When you visit the website, Payhip processes technically necessary data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system (server log files). This data is required to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you buy or download a product, Payhip processes your order data, in particular name, email address, country, order contents and payment status, in order to complete the purchase and provide the products to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payhip processes some of this data as an independent controller, for example to operate the platform, prevent fraud and meet its own legal obligations. We receive the order data in order to process your purchase, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations.
Payhip uses cookies that are necessary to operate the shop and the checkout, e.g. for the shopping cart. Payhip analytics cookies, which provide statistics on the use of the shop, are only set if you consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). On your first visit we show you a cookie banner in which you can agree with “Accept / Akzeptieren” or refuse with “Decline / Ablehnen”. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the cookies in your browser; the cookie banner will then appear again.
Transfers to the United Kingdom are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). Further information: https://payhip.com/privacy
